Quality Management

According to ISO 8402, quality is "the entirety of features of a unit under observation in regard to its suitability to fulfill defined and given requirements." This means that quality must be both objectively measurable and subjectively sensed. Both measurable requirements and the satisfaction of the user must be reached. Quality is not accidental, but intentional. Effective quality management refers to the procedure model, the products, technologies, and tools used, and, ultimately, every work process.
